1. BASIC PROVISIONS

1.1 The data controller according to Article 4, point 7 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") is:

1.4 The administrator has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. SOURCES AND CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

2.1 The administrator processes personal data that you have provided or that the administrator has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.

2.2 The administrator processes the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification details: first name, last name, company name
  • Contact information: email address, phone number, address
  • Billing information: Company ID, Tax ID, VAT ID, billing address
  • Order details: order history, purchased products, license domains
  • Technical specifications: IP address, browser information, cookies
  • Payment information: information about payments (without credit card details)

3. LEGAL REASON AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

3.1 The legal reason for processing personal data is:

a) Fulfillment of the contract according to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR

  • Purpose: order processing, product delivery, provision of technical support, billing
  • Provision of data: It is essential for the conclusion and performance of the contract.

b) Legitimate interest of the administrator according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR

  • Purpose: fraud protection, debt collection, improving services
  • Legitimate interest: protection of the business interests of the administrator

c) Consent of the data subject according to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR

  • Purpose: sending marketing messages, newsletters, business offers
  • Consent: can be revoked at any time

d) Fulfillment of a legal obligation according to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR

  • Purpose: accounting, revenue tracking, tax obligations

3.2 There is no automatic individual decision-making by the administrator in accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

4.1 The administrator stores personal data:

a) For the purposes of fulfilling the contract:

  • for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for 10 years for the assertion of any claims

b) For accounting and tax purposes:

  • 10 years from the end of the accounting period (Accounting Act)

c) For marketing purposes:

  • until the consent is revoked, but no longer than 5 years from the last contact

d) For technical records (logs):

  • maximum 12 months

4.2 After the retention period has expired, the administrator will delete or anonymize personal data.

5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1 The recipients of personal data may include:

a) Subcontractors of the administrator:

  • hosting service providers
  • payment gateway providers (PayPal, Stripe, ComGate)
  • email service providers
  • providers of analytical services (Google Analytics)

b) Authorized authorities:

  • tax authorities, courts, bodies involved in criminal proceedings

5.2 All subcontractors are required to adhere to appropriate security measures and process data only based on the instructions of the administrator.

5.3 The administrator does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5.4 The administrator does not intend to sell personal data to third countries (outside the EU) or international organizations.

6.1 According to GDPR, you have these rights:

a) Right to access (Article 15 GDPR)

  • the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data

b) Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR)

  • the right to rectify inaccurate personal data

c) Right to erasure (article 17 GDPR)

  • the right to erasure of personal data under certain conditions

d) Right to restriction of processing (article 18 GDPR)

  • the right to restrict processing under certain circumstances

e) Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

  • the right to obtain your data in a structured format

f) Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)

  • the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest

g) The right to withdraw consent

  • Consent may be revoked at any time without affecting the legality of processing.

7.1 The administrator declares that he has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure personal data protection.

7.2 Technical measures include:

  • Encrypted access to websites (HTTPS/SSL)
  • Encryption of customer passwords in the database.
  • regular system updates
  • regular data backups
  • secured access to databases
  • monitoring of security threats

7.3 Organizational measures include:

  • Restrictions on access to personal data only for authorized individuals.

  • establishment of internal rules and processes
  • regular security audits
