Selling abroad or thinking about it? With this PrestaShop module, your customers can choose the nearest GLS Parcel Shop directly on a map or from a list at checkout. It works across 29 European countries, takes just one configuration in the admin panel, and each country gets its own carrier automatically. Managing international parcel shop delivery has never been this straightforward.
Anyone who has ever waited at home for a courier who never showed up knows exactly what we are talking about. GLS pickup points solve this problem neatly: customers collect their parcel whenever it suits them. And with this module, your online store can offer them exactly that.
GLS Parcel Shop module is built for PrestaShop stores and lets customers choose a GLS pickup point during checkout. They can browse an interactive map or a list, and the module automatically suggests locations near their delivery address. No extra searching, no leaving the page, everything is right there in the cart.
What makes this module stand out is support for 29 European countries in a single installation. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Each country keeps its own carrier settings, Partner ID and search radius. Adding a new country is done straight from the admin panel, no code changes needed.
Module connects to the official GLS API v2 using OAuth2 authentication, which means secure and reliable loading of pickup points in real time. It supports all GLS location types: standard Parcel Shops, Shop-in-Shop locations, automated lockers and keeper points.
For the store owner, this means minimal effort. Each active country automatically gets its own carrier in PrestaShop, so you can set separate shipping prices and rules for each country. If you deactivate a country, its carrier is hidden but all pricing rules are preserved in case you need them again later.
In the order detail view in the admin panel, you can see the selected pickup point including its name and address. The module is translated into 29 languages, so customers in every supported country see the interface in their own language. A sandbox mode is also available for testing before going live.
Put simply: install once, configure the countries you ship to, and your store is ready to offer customers a convenient alternative to waiting at home for a courier.
