These general terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between us as the supplier and you as the customer within the contractual relationships concluded through the online store on the website. konverzio.com.

2. DEFINITION OF TERMS

2.1 Supplier - the business entity specified in the identification details in point 1.

2.2 Recipient/Customer - a natural or legal person purchasing in an online store.

2.3 Consumer - a natural person who, when concluding and fulfilling a contract, does not act within the scope of their business activity or other business.

2.4 E-shop - online store operated by the supplier at the address konverzio.com.

2.5 PrestaShop - open source platform for online stores released under an open license.

2.6 Module - a software package designed for PrestaShop that expands the platform's functionality with additional features.

2.7 License - the right to use the module in accordance with the licensing terms.

2.8 Domain - second or third level internet address (e.g. "mojobchod.sk" or "obchod.mojstranka.sk").

2.9 User account - account created based on registration, allowing for the storage of data and order history.

2.10 Order - binding proposal from the buyer to conclude a purchase agreement.

2.11 Contract - purchase contract concluded based on the order and its acceptance by the supplier.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1 These terms and conditions regulate, in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll. of the Civil Code as amended, the mutual rights and obligations of the supplier and the purchaser arising in connection with the conclusion of a purchase agreement through the e-shop.

3.2 Purchasing products is only possible through the web interface of the e-shop.

3.3 When ordering products, the purchaser is obligated to provide the supplier with all information accurately and truthfully.

3.4 Provisions that deviate from the terms and conditions can be agreed upon in the purchase contract. Deviating agreements take precedence over the provisions of the terms and conditions.

3.5 The supplier reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions. Changes are effective upon their publication on the website.

3.6 These terms and conditions are prepared in the Slovak language. The purchase agreement is concluded in the Slovak language.

4. USER ACCOUNT

4.1 Based on registration, the customer can access their user account and place product orders.

4.2 When registering and ordering, the customer is obliged to provide all information correctly and truthfully. In case of any changes to the information, they are required to update it.

4.3 Access to the user account is protected by a username and password. The subscriber is obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding the access credentials.

4.4 The customer is not authorized to allow third parties to use the account.

4.5 The supplier may cancel the user account, especially in the case of violation of business or licensing terms.

4.6 The user account may not be available continuously due to maintenance of technical equipment.

5. CLOSING OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

5.1 The presentation of products in the e-shop is informative in nature. The supplier is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract regarding these products.

5.2 The e-shop contains information about products including prices. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) or Czech crowns (CZK) including VAT and all related fees.

5.3 To order products, the customer must fill out an order form that includes mainly:

  • information about ordered products
  • method of payment
  • contact information of the recipient
  • domain for issuing a license

5.4 Before submitting the order, the buyer can check and change the details in the order. The order is submitted by clicking the button labeled "Order."

5.5 The supplier will promptly confirm the receipt of the order via email upon receiving it.

5.6 The contractual relationship arises upon delivery of the acceptance of the order, which the supplier sends to the customer via email.

5.7 The customer agrees to the use of remote communication means when concluding the contract. The customer bears the costs of communication themselves.

6. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 The buyer can pay for the products using the following methods:

  • cashless via payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, ComGate, GoPay) (if available)
  • cashless transfer to the supplier's account
  • cryptocurrencies (if available)

6.2 Along with the purchase price, the buyer is also obliged to pay the costs associated with the delivery of the products and any other agreed services.

6.3 In the case of cashless payment to an account, the purchaser is required to provide the variable symbol of the payment. The obligation to pay is fulfilled by assigning the corresponding amount to the supplier's account.

6.4 Discounts on product prices provided by the supplier cannot be combined.

6.5 The supplier is a VAT payer. The tax document - invoice will be issued by the supplier after the payment of the price and sent in electronic form.

6.6 In accordance with the law on the registration of sales, the supplier is obliged to issue a receipt and record the revenue received.

7. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

7.1 Products are delivered exclusively in electronic form. After payment, the customer is sent a link to download the electronic content.

7.2 The electronic content is provided in a ZIP file format containing all the necessary files for the installation and operation of the module.

7.3 The download link has a validity period that corresponds to the technical support duration (6 months). After this period, the customer is required to create a backup.

7.4 A few days before the expiration of the download, the customer will receive an informational email.

7.5 The subscriber has access to the electronic content through their user account, where they can see the current version of the product and information about the technical support period.

7.6 The supplier is not responsible for the loss or damage of data during the installation of the product. The customer has the right to a trial license to test the product in a non-production environment.

8. LICENSE TERMS

The licensing conditions for the use of the products are defined in a separate document "License Conditions," which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions and is available at LICENSE TERMS.

9. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND UPDATES

9.1 Each purchased module includes 6 months of free technical support and updates from the date of license activation.

9.2 Technical support includes:

  • Help with the installation and configuration of the module.
  • free updates including bug fixes and security patches
  • solution for compatibility issues with the new version of PrestaShop

9.3 Support is provided:

  • through the help in the module configuration
  • through documentation and guides on websites
  • by email at: info@konverzio.com
  • by phone at: +421 918 781 406

9.4 After the support period ends, the module remains fully functional, but without a guarantee of currentness and without new updates.

9.5 To obtain further updates, it is necessary to purchase the module again.

10. RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE

10.1 The rights and obligations related to claims for defective performance are governed by the relevant legal regulations (Civil Code, Consumer Protection Act).

10.2 The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the products are free from defects at the time of receipt, in particular that:

  • They have the characteristics that the parties have agreed upon.
  • are suitable for the purpose stated by the supplier
  • they comply with legal requirements

10.3 The supplier guarantees the functionality of the software under the following conditions:

  • The latest released version of the product is being used.
  • The product still has a valid support period.
  • The operation is on a clean installation of PrestaShop.

10.4 The supplier does not guarantee functionality in cases of:

  • incompatibility between the PrestaShop version and the product
  • operating on low-quality hosting
  • conflicts with modules from other manufacturers
  • Modifications of the product's source code

10.5 You can assert your rights regarding defects in writing to the email: info@konverzio.com

10.6 The supplier will handle the complaint without unnecessary delay, no later than 30 days from its receipt.

11. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

11.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the delivery of the links for downloading electronic content.

11.2 The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract in cases:

  • delivery of digital content that was downloaded from the provided link
  • license activation by registering a domain

11.3 You can resign only under the condition that:

  • The digital content has not been downloaded.
  • The domain was not registered and the license was not activated.

11.4 In case of withdrawal from the contract, the price will be refunded within 14 days to the account from which it was paid.

11.5 The supplier is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the delivery of the product if there are objective reasons why the products cannot be delivered.

12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

12.1 The processing of personal data is governed by applicable legislation, including GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act.

12.2 Detailed information about the processing of personal data is provided in a separate document titled "Privacy Policy."

12.3 In providing technical support, the supplier commits to:

  • to maintain confidentiality about all acquired information
  • do not make copies of personal data
  • ensure technical measures against data theft

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 All disputes are primarily resolved through out-of-court agreements between the parties.

13.2 The consumer has the right to extrajudicial resolution of disputes. They can contact:

  • SOI (Slovak Trade Inspection)
  • European platform for online dispute resolution: [ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]

13.3 Slovak law applies to international disputes with regard to consumer protection according to the relevant European regulations.

13.4 The relevant courts are the courts of the Slovak Republic.

14. FINAL PROVISIONS

14.1 These terms and conditions, along with the licensing terms, constitute the complete agreement between the parties.

14.2 If any provision becomes invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.

14.3 Changes to the terms and conditions are effective upon their publication on the website.

14.4 For relationships not governed by these conditions, the relevant provisions of Slovak law shall apply.

14.5 These terms and conditions take effect on 23.07. 2025.
