What if I can't find the product I'm looking for in the online store? add

If you can't find a specific product in the catalog, you can simply click on the "Request a product" button that appears on category pages or in search results. You will fill out a short form with the product name and a description of what you are looking for – the module will take care of the rest.

Do I need to be logged in to apply for a product? add

No, it is not necessary. The form works for unregistered visitors as well – you just need to provide your name and email. If you are a registered customer, this information will be filled in automatically, which is even faster.

How do I know if my application has been accepted? add

Immediately after submitting the form, a confirmation message will appear: "Your request has been successfully submitted. We will review it shortly." You will also receive information directly in a modal window, and our administration will receive an email notification.
