Selling via TikTok Shop requires that your products, prices and stock stay always up to date, but managing two online stores manually is time-consuming and prone to errors. TikTok Shop Connector solves this problem: it links your PrestaShop store with TikTok Shop and handles synchronization automatically, without extra manual work.

As soon as you add, edit or delete a product in PrestaShop, this module automatically sends that change to TikTok Shop too, including variants and their own SKU codes. Same applies to stock levels. Availability changes appear almost instantly, so you never risk selling a product on TikTok that you no longer have in stock. During synchronization, you can also set custom rules, such as a safety buffer or a price adjustment for TikTok Shop.

Orders received via TikTok import automatically into your PrestaShop admin panel. You can map order statuses exactly to match your own workflow, so a status change on TikTok reflects in PrestaShop too, and vice versa. Once an order ships, a tracking number gets sent back to TikTok Shop automatically.

This module also includes integration with TikTok Pixel and Events API. That lets you track product views, add-to-cart actions and completed purchases, both via browser and server side simultaneously, which improves data accuracy even when cookies get blocked. You can then use this data to optimize ad campaigns directly on TikTok.

All synchronization tasks run through a queue system, so regular admin work never slows down while waiting for a response from TikTok API. Connecting to TikTok Shop is simple: just enter credentials from TikTok Shop Partner Center and choose your region (Europe, US, UK or other markets). This module also supports multi-store setups, where each store configures its own connection independently.
