TopTrans Integration

Every online store owner knows the daily routine: an order comes in, you log into the carrier's system, manually type in the address, weight and contact details, then hope you did not hit the wrong key somewhere. TopTrans Integration simply puts an end to that routine.

Once the module is installed, your PrestaShop connects automatically to TopTrans through the official API. When a customer completes an order, the module registers it in the TopTrans system on its own, including the delivery address, parcel weight and number of items. If you sell with cash on delivery, the amount is transferred as well. No copying, no tab-switching, no room for error.

The entire dispatch process can be configured exactly the way you work. The module can send the shipment to TopTrans right after the order is confirmed, or it can wait until you change the order status to whichever one you choose, for example when you pack the goods. This flexibility suits everyone, whether you ship on the same day or with a two-day lead time.

Customers do not have to search for a tracking number on an unfamiliar website. Right on your store they will find a simple page where they enter their order or parcel number and instantly see where their goods are, when they were collected and when they will arrive. That kind of convenience is remembered, and customers appreciate it more than you might expect.

Module is built for more demanding situations too. Selling heavy or fragile goods? Set up a hydraulic tailgate, a fragile label or floor delivery. Shipping euro pallets? Covered. Need telephone pre-advice for loading or delivery? One click and it is done. Oversized shipments, two-way transport, carrier re-weighing, all of this is included without writing a single line of code.

Technically, the module supports all PrestaShop versions from 1.7 to the latest 9.x, works across multiple stores at once and handles multiple languages including Slovak, Czech and English. The API password is stored encrypted, so your credentials are safe. Should anything not work as expected, there is a built-in event log right inside the admin panel, showing you exactly what happened and when.
