Connect your PrestaShop store with KROS Invoicing and Warehouse and forget about manually re-entering orders. Invoices are issued automatically, stock levels sync on their own, and you have a clear overview of everything in one place.
Anyone who has ever run an online store knows how quickly invoicing becomes a time-consuming routine. An order comes in, you open your accounting software, manually enter the line items, check the totals, and send the invoice to the customer. When you have twenty orders a day, you start wondering whether this really needs to take up half your afternoon.
KROS Invoicing and Warehouse module for PrestaShop solves this from the ground up. As soon as a customer pays and the order changes status, for example to "Payment accepted", an invoice is automatically issued directly in KROS. No clicking, no re-entering, no mistakes from inattention.
If you work with advance payments, the module can equally issue a proforma invoice automatically the moment an order arrives. The customer receives the payment details straight away and you do not have to think about a thing.
All invoices and proforma invoices are accessible directly from the order view inside PrestaShop. One click and the PDF downloads to your computer. No need to open KROS, search for the document, or switch between windows.
Module also keeps your stock levels in check. Product quantities recorded in KROS are regularly synchronised into PrestaShop, so your store always reflects the real state of your warehouse. Customers cannot order something you do not have.
Whole solution is designed to require no technical knowledge during day-to-day use. You set it up once, enter the token from your account on fakturacia.kros.sk, choose which order status should trigger the invoice, and from that point it runs on its own. The module administration includes a full activity log so you always know what happened, when it happened, and where something may have gone wrong.
Module supports multiple stores within a single PrestaShop installation, each with its own settings. It works on PrestaShop versions from 1.7 through the latest releases.
