Why show Google reviews in your own online store

Before buying, customers like to see what others say about you. They know Google ratings and trust them. If you show your rating directly in your online store, they do not need to search elsewhere, and you earn trust exactly where they decide.

This module displays only genuine reviews from your Google Business Profile. It invents nothing, adds nothing and never edits review text.

How it works

You connect this module to your Google Business Profile and choose your location. Reviews are downloaded and saved in your store. Visitors see them from your own database, so no waiting for Google slows your pages. Refresh runs automatically every 6, 12 or 24 hours, or you start it manually with one click. Should Google be unavailable for some time, your last saved reviews stay on your website.

Nine designs to choose from

Pick your preferred style from cards, grid, list, spotlight review, masonry, rating panel, quotes, dark block or compact badge. Settings show preview before you switch your block on.

Show reviews where they help most

Place your block on your home page, under your product list in categories, under your product description, next to your Add to cart button, in your footer or at top of your page. Each place can use its own design. For example, compact badges work well next to your buy button, while cards suit your home page.

You also decide what appears: how many reviews, in which order, from how many stars, and whether to show reviewer photos, dates, owner replies or photos added to reviews. You can add links to all your reviews on Google, plus your own button for writing reviews.

More reviews without extra work

After delivery, this module sends customers e-mails with links for writing reviews, fully automatically. You set which order status triggers it and how many days later it goes out. Every e-mail is designed so people enjoy opening it: it contains your shop logo, purchased products, your Google rating as proof of trust and three easy steps. Each customer receives it in their shopping language.

You never pester customers. Set how long to wait before asking again, and send e-mails only to people who agreed to receive offers. Every e-mail includes unsubscribe option.

Learn about new reviews immediately

When new reviews appear on Google, this module sends you e-mails. Choose which ratings from one to five stars trigger alerts, and up to five addresses receiving them. You see praise and criticism fast and can respond.

Two ways to connect with Google

Full connection loads all your reviews including replies and photos, and supports alerts for new reviews. It requires Google approval of your Google Cloud project for Business Profile API.

Simple connection works with your API key and needs no approval from Google. However, Google sends at most five reviews through this interface, chosen by Google itself, and offers no alerts, replies or photos. Google also charges fees once your small free monthly quota is used up. When you switch it on, this module explains all limits, and you can switch between modes whenever you like.
