Custom pickup points

If you want to offer customers option to collect orders at locations you manage yourself, this module gives complete solution for own network of pickup points in PrestaShop. It isn't integration with external courier network, but tool that lets you define any number of own locations, whether own stores, warehouses, pickup lockers or partner premises.

Each pickup point gets own address, map coordinates, opening hours, contact info and description for customer. During checkout, customer sees interactive map with all active locations, picks one that suits them, and selects exact day and hour for collecting order. Whole selection happens right in checkout, without redirecting to other pages and without need for further communication.

After placing order, customer receives confirmation with all needed details about chosen pickup point: name, address, opening hours, phone contact and exact collection window. Same information appears in customer account and email notifications.

Module also solves what hurts most with own pickup network, namely real capacity. For each location you set how many orders it can handle per day or per hour, prepare holidays and special closed days, and system automatically offers customers only slots that are actually free. Staff at each location never receive more orders than they can process.

Managing whole network happens clearly in admin panel, where you see current occupancy of each location and can adjust order's pickup time afterward, for example when customer calls to request rescheduling. Module doesn't touch shipping address on order, so invoicing data, taxes and email timing stay exactly as configured in PrestaShop.

Module works with PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9, runs on PHP from version 7.4 and has been tested with Hummingbird theme. It requires no external dependencies beyond standard PrestaShop environment, so deployment to production store is straightforward.

Shipping address on order stays untouched, so invoicing and taxes work without risk. Admin can adjust pickup time afterward, for example after phone arrangement with customer. Module works with PrestaShop 1.7 through 9 and deploys without unnecessary adjustments.
