Returns Manager PRO is a PrestaShop module that gives you full control over the entire returns and complaints process. The customer simply fills in a form directly in your store, selects what they want to return, states the reason, and submits the request. You see everything clearly in the admin panel and can act straight away.
Module supports four types of requests: product return, complaint, exchange for a different product, and repair. The customer chooses what fits their situation, and you always know exactly what they expect from you.
One important detail for larger online stores: the module works for customers without a registered account too. All they need is an order number and an email address, and they can submit a request just as easily as registered customers. They then receive a tracking link by email so they can follow the progress of their request.
A PDF document is automatically generated for every request, serving as the official complaint record. The customer can download it and you always have it at hand. It includes all the key details: customer information, description of the issue, list of claimed products, bank details for the refund, and the full processing history.
Communication between you and the customer happens directly inside the request detail. You can also add internal notes that the customer cannot see useful for sharing information with your team. Every status change or new message triggers an automatic email to the customer, so they do not need to keep contacting you asking what is happening.
If you receive a high volume of requests, you will appreciate the automation rules. For example, if the value of a return falls below a certain amount, the module can approve it automatically without any manual action on your part. It saves time and the customer gets a faster response.
Module integrates smoothly with your existing PrestaShop order status system. When you change the status of a complaint, the linked order can automatically move to the corresponding state such as Returned or Resolved so you do not have to update two places separately.
Settings are straightforward and easy to manage for anyone familiar with the PrestaShop admin. You can define how many days customers have to submit a request, whether photo attachments are required, how many files can be uploaded, and which order statuses allow a request to be submitted.
